2 Tbsp. Oat bran2 Tbsp. non-fat Greek yogurt1 Egg WhiteOptional: baking splenda, flavored extract
Mix Oat Bran, Yogurt and Egg white together in a bowl. Add tsp. baking Splenda. Optional: mix in a few drops of vanilla, maple, almond or any other kind of extract you like. Cinnamon is also good. Pour batter into Pam sprayed frying pan or griddle and cook on low heat until top is dry. Flip pancake and cook for another 2 minutes until bottom is slightly browned.
