Black Pepper Steak & Cabbage Stir Fry

Ingredients
1.5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil1 tsp sesame oil6 cloves garlic, chopped 1 lb very thinly cut & chopped beef 1 small head cabbage, shredded 1 bell pepper, cut into strips3 tablespoons soy sauce (add more to taste if needed) 1 tablespoon cornstarch 1/4 cup water 1.5 Tablespoon ground black pepper1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)1 1/4 c. dry rice (cook according to package directions in seperate pan)
Directions
Heat a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat, and add oils. Saute garlic for about 5 seconds, then add beef, half of the black pepper, half of the soy sauce, and all of the red pepper flakes. Stir-fry until beef is evenly brown. Stir in cabbage and bell pepper, and cook until vegetables are tender, and beef is fully cooked. Stir in remaining soy sauce and black pepper. Mix together cornstarch and water, and add to pan. Cook, stirring, until sauce has thickened. Serve over cooked rice.
