Chile Verde Con Carne

Ingredients
Beef, round steak, 1 lb*potatoe, russet, 1 serving*roasted green chile, 0.5 cup*Canola Oil, 2 tbspOnions, raw, .5 cup, chopped*Cumin ground, 1 tspPepper, black, 1 dash*Knorr Tomato Bouillon, 2 tsp
Directions
Saute onions, garlic and green chile in oil. Chop meat and add to onion mixture and brown. Peel, dice potatoes and add to meat mixture. Add 2 cups of water, cumin and tomato bouillon. Cover and bring to a soft boil until potatoes are cooked.
