24 oz tilapia - approx. 6 pieces1/2 large white onion cut in thin slices6 cloves garlic - less if you are not big on garlic2 tbsp olive oilsalt & pepper to taste (not counted in nutritional value/sodium)
Preheat oven to 375.
Arrange the tilapia on aluminum foil on a shallow baking pan. Top with onions, crushed garlic, salt and pepper. Drizzle olive oil all over. Cover with aluminum foil and fold the edges.
Bake for 20 minutes.
