Easy Low carb feta crisps

Ingredients
1/4 cup (30 grams) shredded feta cheese
Directions
Place parchment paper on microwave turntable (do not use wax paper)
Divide 1/4 cup of feta in 4 and mound on parchment in 4 piles.
Spread each pile into a thin circle, leaving 2 inches between each circle.
Microwave on high for 2 minutes (1200 watt microwave)

Each circle should be golden brown ... Cook in additional 20 second increments until golden.

Let cool then peel from parchment.
