Atkins Horseradish Beef Lettuce wraps

Ingredients
2 Leafs from a head of iceberg lettuce, approx. 3 oz3 oz roast beef lunchmeat2 oz provolone, or other cheese of choice1 tbsp real mayo.5 tbsp of horseradish (or less to taste, this will make a spicy sauce)
Directions
Remove the hard core from the 2 lettuce leafs
Layer the meat and cheese between the two leaves
Mix mayo and horseradish in a small container
and spread over wrap
Roll and enjoy!
