kettle cooked maple nuts

Ingredients
Mixed Nuts, dry roasted (salt added), 5 cupMaple Syrup, .5 cupcourse sea salt .25 cup or to taste
Directions
Heat a cast iron skillet on high, add all ingredients and stir until blended. Remove from heat and spread nuts onto a sprayed cookie sheet. Allow to cool, and break up stuck together bits.
