Breakfast tart

Ingredients
4 large eggs3 T skim milk1 T heavy cream1/2 c 2% shredded cheddar cheese1/2 c diced ham1 t salt1/2 t pepper1/2 t onion powder (optional)1 package original Pillsbury cresent rounds ( you may also use any other roll product but it may effect the calories per tart, 100 cal each)
Directions
stretch one cresent round to fill be a crust for each muffin cup
mix all other ingredients together with fork. put 1/8th of mixture in to each cup
Bake at 400 F for 20 minutes or until the egg is set.
