Berry Pineapple Spinach Smoothie

Ingredients
2 cups frozen mixed berries2 cups frozen pineapple chunks1.5 cups fresh spinach1 cup 2 % milk1 cup unsweetened apple juice1 cup nonfat yogurt (plain or vanilla)
Directions
Place frozen fruit and spinach in blender. Add yogurt, milk, and juice. Blend using your ice crusher or grind setting until spinach and fruit are pulverized, then switch to blend for about 30 seconds. Pour into 16 oz cups or glasses and enjoy.
