Oatey Protein Power Bars

2/3 cup chopped dates1 cup water2 eggs1 tsp vanilla1/2 cup almond butter2 1/2 cups oats (old fashioned)1 cup RAW protein powder (or other protein powder)1 tsp cinnamon3/4 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp saltUp to 1 cup chopped dried fruit (I used more dates)Up to 1 cup chopped nuts and seeds (I used walnuts and pepitas)
Preheat to 375. Spray 9 X 13 pan.
Blend 2/3 cups dates and 1 cup water well in blender. Add 2 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla and 1/2 tsp almond butter. Mix in med. bowl: oats, protein powder, cinnamon, baking powder and salt. Add wet ingredients. Mix in dried fruit and nuts. Press in 9 X 13 pan and bake for 15 minutes. Cut when still warm.
