Guiltless Buffalo Egg and Bacon Sandwich

Ingredients
3 egg whites1 tsp olive oil2 slices center cut bacon, cooked and crumbled1 tbsp chopped green pepper1 tsp Frank's Red Hot, dividedThomas' Whole Wheat mini pita pockets2 Tbsp fat free cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions
1. In a small bowl, combine egg whites and buffalo sauce and scramble.

2. Set a skillet over medium heat. Add pepper and oil, saute 1 minute. Add eggs and cook stirring frequently. Add crumbled bacon and mix well until eggs are cooked.

3. Place the pita in the microwave for 30 seconds. Remove and cut pita in half. Stuff with eggs, cheese, top with remaining red hot and enjoy!
