Couscous, 1 cup, cooked Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Butter, salted, 1 tbspChickpeas (garbanzo beans), 1 cupPeppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 0.2 cupTomatoes, 0.75 cup cherry tomatoesCucumber (with peel), 0.5 cup slices Basil, 1 tbsp Mint, 1 tbspYogurt, Paris Creek Biodynamic Swiss Full Cream, 100 gram(s)
Cook Couscous in water, add butter when cooked.
Fry Onion in olive oil, add chickpeas, stir.
Add peppers, herbs, tomatoes, stir through.
Add couscous.
Serve with cucumber & yogurt as accompaniment.
