Ingredients
• Ground beef, extra lean, 3.5 oz • Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1/2 cup, chopped or sliced • Water, bottled, 113.3 grams • *onion, dried minced, 2 tbsp • *Fresh Garlic (1 clove = 3g), 6 gram(s) • Garlic powder, 1 tsp • *Onion powder, 1 tbsp • Chili powder, .25 tsp • Oregano, ground, .10 tsp • Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp • Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
Directions
Brown ground beef, remove (drain) excess fat. Add beef and the remaining ingredients to a pot and simmer for minimum of 30 mins. The longer you let it cook, the better the flavor.

This covers your 1 protein and 1 fruit (tomatoes are a fruit).
