Cherry Nut Energy Bar

1/4 c dates1/4 c dried cherries1/3 c pecans (can also use walnuts, almonds, or a mix)1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
1. Place dates, dried cherries and cinnamon in a food processor and blend to a paste.
Set aside in a bowl.
2. Place nuts in food processor and pulse until finely chopped.
3. Add nuts and cinnamon to bowl of fruit and knead together with fingers and form into bars. Store in refrigerator.
Serving Size: makes 4 1 inch by 5 inch bars
