Hickory Apple Barbeque Sauce

2 gala apples, diced(or pineapple)1/2 medium onion. diced (or more)4 cloves garlic, sliced24 oz Tomato Paste2 cups water1/2 cup Apple Cider Vinegar6 packets Stevia(or brown sugar, molasses, agave nectar etc. if you don't need it to be 'sugar' free)1/2 tsp cayenne pepper1/2 tsp paprika2 tsp Worcestershire sauce1 tbsp liquid hickory smoke1 tsp braggs soy sauce1/4 tsp black peppersalt to taste
Saute apples, onion and garlic over medium heat for about 5 min.Transfer to a pot and add remaining ingredients. Cook on medium heat, covered and stirring occasionally for roughly 30 minutes.
Take pot off heat. Use an immersion blender to blend everything together. Place pot back on heat and cook, covered on low-med heat for 10 minutes longer or more.
Portion and freeze(keep one portion out for use now) in bags or containers for later use. Enjoy!
