1 Large Bell Pepper (red or green- chopped) 2 Sticks Celery - chopped1/2 Red Onion - chopped454g Lean ground turkey454g Fresh Bean Sprouts2 tbsp Soya Low Soya Sauce1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive OilOptional: Spice - Noonya from Epicure (to taste)
1. Stir fry onion, pepper and celery (with olive oil). Set aside.
2. Cook ground turkey into wok.
3. Add bean sprout, veggies and seasonning to the turkey. Cook at low heat until soften.
Serve 4 : 1 portion is about 285 gr.
