Mango Strawberry Green Smoothie

Ingredients
1/2 of medium fresh banana, sliced & frozen1/4 cup sliced fresh strawberries, frozen1/4 cup sliced fresh mango, frozen1/3 cup silken tofu1/2 cup low fat vanilla soy milk1/2 cup chopped fresh spinach
Directions
No cooking required. Slice fresh fruit and freeze in individual bags. If you freeze them in the same bag, it will be nearly impossible to get the clump into the blender. It is much easier to blend in smaller frozen portions. Blend all ingredients until smooth. If it is too thick you can add water. If it is too thin, add ice.
