Mary's Raw Pumpkin seed energy bar

1 C Raw Pumpkin seeds sprouted 8 hours1/3 C Golden Flax seeds sprouted 8 hours1 med zucchini, chopped 1 sm apple, peeled, cored, chopped1 T coconut nectar (or raw agave or raw honey)1/4 tsp himalayan pink sea salt1 tsp apple pie spice1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract2 pitted dates
sprout seeds in purified water for 8 hours. Drain and rinse and place in a large mixing bowl.
Chop zucchini and apple and add to food processor. Add coconut nectar, salt, spice, vanilla and dates and process completely until a sauce-like consistency.
Add zucchini apple mixture to seeds and stir thoroughly to combine.
Spread mixture onto a flex sheet for dehydrator. Dehydrate at 115 for 8 hours or until somewhat solid but pliable. remove from teflex sheet and dehydrate at 115 overnight. cut into 17 equal portions (about 12g each) and enjoy!
