Mama Meggie's Easy Flour-Free Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients
4 large peeled, thinly sliced potatoes1 cup skim milk2 Tablespoons dehydrated onion1/2 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon black pepper1/4 teaspoon garlic powder1/4 teaspoon paprika1 dash ground cumin1 pat salted butter
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Use the butter to grease a 2 quart casserole dish. Set aside. In a small sauce pan, warm the milk, onions, salt, pepper, garlic, paprika, and cumin until the onions are re-hydrated. Layer half of the potatoes evenly in the casserole dish, use a spoon to drizzle half of the milk mixture evenly over the potatoes. Place the remaining potatoes into the dish evenly, drizzle the remaining mixture evenly over the top. Cover. Bake at 350 for one hour or until potatoes are tender. Remove cover. Bake 10 minutes. Let site 10 minutes. Serve.
