Ginger tofu stirfry

Ingredients
Tofu, extra firm, 1 block Chili's Asian Sesame Ginger Dressing, 2 fl oz, 1 serving Olive Oil, 1 1tsp Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 10 strips Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slices Asparagus, 1 cup*Brown Rice, long grain, 1 cup
Directions
The night (or at least 2 hours) before, cut the tofu into strips or cubes, and marinate in the ginger dressing.
While cooking rice, slice up the mushrooms and peppers. Saute the tofu in the marinade for about 5 minutes, then add the veggies, cover and simmer for 10.
