Casey's Bean Dip

1 15 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed1 15 oz can corn 'n peppers, drained and rinsed3 green onions, thinly sliced1 small red onion, chopped 2 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped finely1/2 cup celentro, chopped finely1 packet Good Season's Italian Dressing Mixjuice of 1 lime1/4 cup canola oil1/4 cup white vinegar1 jalapino pepper, chopped finely2 avocados, chopped finely before serving
Put beans, corn, onions, tomatoes and celentro in a large bowl.
In a small bowl whisk Italian dressing, lime juice, oil, vinegar and jalapino together. Add to large bowl of vegetables and mix thoroughly.
Chill for an hour or overnight. Before serving add avocados and mix gently.
