Cabbage, tuna, broccoli

Ingredients
Cabbage, fresh, 300 grams Tuna, Canned in Water, 185 grams Onions, raw, 1 small Olive Oil, 1 1tsp Mustard seeds, 0.25 tsp *Pepper, white, 0.10 tsp Broccoli, fresh, 100 grams
Directions
Shred cabbage
Dice onion
Drain tuna
Steam the broccoli for about 4 minutes.
In a skillet add the 1 tsp olive oil, burst mustard seeds, saute onion till translucent, add shredded cabbage. Add the tuna and break up the chunks.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Cover the skillet and cook without adding any water for about 7 minutes.
Then add the steamed broccoli together.

Serves 3

Serving Size: Divide into 3 equal portions.
