Homemade Ranch Dressing

Ingredients
1/2-3/4 C. light sour cream1/4-1/2 C. light mayo1 T. olive oil1 T. lime or lemon juice1-2 cloves garlic, minced1 handful fresh parsley, cut into large pieces (or 1.5-2 T. dried parsley)1 handful fresh chives, cut into large pieces (or 1-1.5 T. dried chives)1/4-1/2 C. buttermilk (depending on how thick you like your dressing)1/2 tsp. ground pepperSalt to taste
Directions
Plop all ingredients into blender. Blend on lowest speed, just until stirred together. Keeps for about a week.
