Directions
~ 1 pound of Ground Beef (93% Lean)~ 8 taco shells (Stand 'N Stuff)~ Salsa~ Avocado~ Fat Free Sour Cream~ Fat Free Cheddar Cheese~ Sweet Onion~ Taco Seasoning~ Fat Free Refried Beans
~ Cook beef and onion in a pan
~ Add Seasoning
~ Heat Fat Free Refried Beans in micro or on stove
~ Place two taco shells on a plate and fill with a portion of the beef and beans
~ Top with salsa, fat free sour cream, fat free cheddar, and a slice of avocado
~ Makes 4 servings, (two tacos per serving)
