Pesto Salmon

Ingredients
Pesto Salmon 2 cups of fresh basil leaves 3 tablespoons pine nuts 2 tablespoons olive oil 3 crushed garlic cloves 1/4 teaspoon sea salt 1 tablespoon water 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese (for best flavor use a high quality cheese) puree first five ingredients then add cheese and puree another 30 seconds 1 lb salmon fillet
Directions
Place Salmon in glass backing dish and brush with lemon juice and olive oil. Spread pesto over salmon and bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes until fish flakes easily.
