1/2 cup of vanilla whey protein powder 1/4 cup almond flour1/4 cup skim milk30 grams almond bark dark chocolate (melted)1 tablespoon peanut butter
Mix the protein powder with milk in a medium bowl. Then combine peanut butter. Mix until it comes together like dough. The goal is to end with a dough you can shape into bars.. Dough should make 4 bars. Once bars are formed, melt chocolate. Once melted bars can be dipped in chocolate or you can pour the chocolate over the top. Place bars in the freezer for 20 to 30 minutes. Then they are ready to eat!
