1 scoop Whey gourmet Vanilla Ice Dream Royale1/3 cup old fashioned oats2/3 cup water
Directions
1. Mix oatmeal, water, then add protein powder
2. heat in microwave
3. Stir and let cool
4. enjoy! You can add nuts, or dried fruit, flavorings like vanilla.
