Ingredients
2 cups Quaker Oats - quick cook kind2 cups skim milk2 cups water (optional)2 TBSP Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, 1 TBSP Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread1/2 tsp ground cinnamon2 small apples, finely chopped
Directions
Makes about 6, half cup servings.

Spray crockpot with nonstick spray. Add all ingredients to crockpot and mix.

Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
