Teriyaki & Sesame Mahi w/ peppers

Ingredients
.5 lb fresh Mahi Mahi filet1 Tbsp I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Light Spread (soft)1 Cup Frozen Peppers Stir-Fry1 Tbsp Teriyaki Sauce1 Tbsp Toasted Sesame Seeds
Directions
Put 1 Tbsp I Can't Believe It's Not Butter in a skillet on medium heat. Add 1 Tbsp Teriyaki Sause and 1 Tbsp Toasted Sesame Seeds. Continue to melt ICBINB.

Wash Mahi Mahi under cold water then place it in the skillet flesh side down. Add 1 cup of Frozen Peppers Stir-Fry. Stir peppers a little.

Place lid on skillet and cook for 8 to 10 minutes. Serve with instant brown rice for a 10 minute meal.
