3 tbsp Coconut Oil2 tbsp Coconut Butter (found at health food or similar stores)1 packet Stevia sweetener1tsp Cocoa Powder, unsweetenedFeel free to scale and adjust to your liking! It tastes great without the coconut oil, but I like the extra fat calories. Add some shredded, unsweetened coconut for more texture and flavor (but be sure to watch your carb intake!)
Simply combine and mash all ingredients together with a spoon.
You can keep it in a jar and eat it with a spoon (makes 5 1-tablespoon servings) or you can roll five little bonbons.
