Ingredients:Laura’s 96% Lean Ground Round, 16 oz*Campbell's Tomato Bisque Condensed Soup, 1 canPacific Natural Foods Beef Broth, 1/4 c*Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese. 4 oz*Yukon Gold Potatoes, 24 oz appx 5 or 6 potatoesEarth Balance Natural Buttery Spread, 1 tbsp*Almond Milk, Silk Original Pure Almond Milk, 1/8 cupkitchen basics unsalted chicken cooking stock 1/8 cup*1/2 tsp garlic salt,Salt, 1 tsp*Pepper, white, 1/2 tspBasil, 1 tbsp
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
-brown beef in skillet, meanwhile boil peeled potatoes
-stir tomato bisque into beef and add beef broth, once mixed pour into 9" square casserole dish
-top with shredded sharp cheese
-drain beans and spread evenly over cheese
-drain potatoes and put into deep bowl to mix with had blender
- add milk, chicken broth, butter and spices and blend till fluffy
-spread potatoes evenly over
Bake at 350 for 30 mins
