veg burger patties

Ingredients
2 lbs Beans, black, 908 grams (dried)1lb Baby Carrots, raw, 454 grams 1lb Mushrooms, fresh, 454 grams 1 Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) 2cups GV brown rice cooked1 lb Zucchini, 454 grams 4 cups Croutons, seasoned1 package Spinach, fresh, (10 oz)
Directions
rince and cook beans, use a food processor to grind everything really fine mix together in a large bowl.
This recipe makes 9 lbs i measured it out by 1/2 cup to make patties
I added my own spices for flavor. I added liquid smoke to a small portion and ms dash southwest chipotle. To another small portion I added cajun spice.
the patties formed nice and held together well in the hamiton beach grill. I turned them once.
I topped my with southwest mustard and ketchup. My son topped his with cheese and BBQ sauce.
