Ingredients
8 oz water (can do half water/ice and half milk if desired)1-2 tbsp milled flax seed (optional)1 tbsp peanut or almond butter1 cup or handful fresh spinach1/2 banana1 scoop chocolate protein powder
Directions
place all ingredients in your blender/food processor and blend until all the ingredients are well incorporated and smooth. Enjoy :)
