Ingredients:8 oz Red Snapper (fresh)2 TBS Red Onion diced1 Small Tomato seeded and diced2 TBS Cilantro chopped1/2 cup Lime Juice1/2 TBS Olive Oil 1 pinch of crushed red pepper
Cut snapper in small cubes place in non-reactive bowl (glass). Add lime juice and place fish in fridge for two hours. Take fish from fridge drain and mix the rest of the ingredients and serve.
