Ingredients
Pink Salmon (fish), 14.75 ozEgg, fresh, 1 large Bread, white (white bread), 1.5 cup, crumbs*Onion powder, 1 tbsp Garlic powder, 1 tbsp Salt/Pepper, 1 serving (optional)Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
Directions
1 can of pink salmon. Split down the middle and remove bones. Mix salmon, onion and garlic powder, salt and peppper (optional), and bread crumbs in a bowl. Shape mixture into patties (1/4 of mixtures for small patties).Use 2 tbsp of olive oil in a pan and cook patties on medium heat until golden brown on each side.
