3-4 ripe bananas2/3 cup C&H sugar stevia blend2 eggs2 tsp vanilla1/2 tsp baking soda1 tsp baking powder1/2 cup melted Earth Balance1/3 cup flaxseed ground
Mix 'butter' with 'sugar', mash in the bananas and the eggs. Add all dry ingredients. Don't overstir, just moisten all ingredients. Bake at 350 in greased mini muffin tins.
