Paleo Salmon Croquette

Ingredients
Olive oil, for frying 1 (5 ounce) package Chicken Of The Sea® Premium Skinless & Boneless Pink Salmon pouch, flaked 1 egg, beaten 2 tablespoons green onions, diced ½ cup bread crumbs (gluten free and dairy free bread crumbs), dividedSea salt to taste Black pepper to taste
Directions
1. Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat.
2. Combine canned salmon, beaten egg, green onions, seasoning and ¼-cup breadcrumbs (breadcrumbs gluten and dairy free).
3. Make into 4 patties and dust with additional bread crumbs. Fry until golden brown, approximate two minutes on each side.
4. All sides should be golden brown. Remove and place on plate with paper towel.
5. Let oil drain before serving.

Serving Size: Make 4 salmon croquettes
