Light Baked Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients
A fast, healthier alternative to traditional Mac n' Cheese.16 oz. Elbow Macaroni8 oz. 2% Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese3/4 cup 1% Milk8 oz. 2% Cottage Cheese (small curd)1 egg whiteSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Boil water and cook pasta one minute less than package instructs
Drain pasta
Mix in both cheeses, milk, egg white and salt and pepper.
Spray casserole dish with cooking spray and add pasta.
Bake 30-35 minutes until slightly brown on top.
