Crispy fish filet

Ingredients
6 oz. fish filet, I used swai (farmed catfish1 Tablespoon cornmealMrs. Dash garlic and herb seasoning, to your tasteNonstick cooking sprayButter spray
Directions
Mix the cornmeal and seasonings together in a plate or on a piece of waxed paper. Rinse the filet and pat dry then coat the filet with the cornmeal and seasoning mixture. Spray a skillet and heat to medium high. When the skillet is hot, add the fish. Spray a few times with the buttery spray, when the fish is lightly browned on bottom, turn and spray again. Cook until the fish is nicely browned and crispy, flaky inside. You can use a little oil in the skillet if your diet allows.
