Taco Stuffed Bell Peppers

Ingredients
green peppersground beefbrown riceblack beanssalsacheddar cheesetaco seasoning
Directions
Cut peppers in half from stem to bottom; bake at 350 degrees or 20 minutes. While peppers are baking, brown beef until cooked. Add 2/3 cup water and taco seasoning. Simmer for 15 minutes until water is absorbed. Add drained black beans and rice to beef. Stuff partially cooked peppers with beef mixture. Top with a Tbsp of salsa, and sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Baked additional 15-20 minutes until peppers are fully cooked and cheese is melted.
