1 egg1/2 cup splenda1/2c skim milk1/4c canola oil1 1/4c whole wheat flour1/2c oats1/4c wheat bran2 tbsp chia seeds or poppy seeds3/4c blueberries1 tbsp baking powder1/2 tsp cinnamon
Directions
combine all ingredients. place parchment paper on cookie sheet. shape into balls, bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes, until browned and firm
