Fresh Fruit Smoothie

2 medium whole bananas, frozen in peel, PEEL REMOVED for smoothie6-8 large fresh strawberries, stems removed (frozen)1 handful (1/2 c. or so) fresh blackberries, frozen1 handful (1/4 - 1/2 c. or so) fresh blueberries, frozen
A little at a time, place the frozen fruit and the liquids in a blender. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately. If a little more liquid is required, I sometimes use a touch more almond milk, or we have added unsweetened cranberry juice for a little zing. Delicious and healthy!
