2 cups quaker oatmeal4 tbsp light kraft peanut butter2 cups skim milk2 cups water1tsp cinnamon2 scoops isofemme protein powder4 tbsp flaxseed

Bring liquid to a boil. add remaining ingredients except for flaxseed, reduce heat and cook for 3-5min, until thickened. divide between 4 bowls and put 1 tbsp of flaxseed on each
