Ingredients- 600 grams of pumpkin- 3 cups of flour- pinch of salt- 60 grams of margarine (dairy free/vegan) or butter- 1 cup of rice milk
cook and blend pumpkin into puree. sieve flour and salt, rub in margarine to breadcrumbs. add rice milk and pumpkin and blend till no more flour lumps. divide into 15 portions and bake 10-20 minutes (until cooked through) @ 240 degrees c.
