Genius Chocolate-Chip Blondies - Big Batch

Ingredients
6 cups (35 oz by weight / 48fl oz) chickpeas or white beans1 tbsp baking powder½ tsp baking soda¾ tsp salt2 cups brown sugar¼ cup agave nectar or honey2 tbsp vanilla¼ cup applesauce2 large bananas¾ cup rolled oats¼ cup whole wheat flourPinch nutmeg½ cup chocolate chunks⅓ cup miniature chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F. Line two 9x13” oblong pans with parchment.
Blend all ingredients (except chocolate chips) until very smooth in a food processor (you may need two or more batches depending on your processor’s size)
Pulse in the chocolate, and spread in the pans.
Bake 45 minutes.
Do not overbake - they firm as they cool.
