Popeye Smoothie!

Ingredients
- 1 frozen sliced banana (make sure you slice it BEFORE you freeze it!)- 1 Tablespoon peanut butter- 0% Vanilla Oikos Greek yogurt (I just buy those 5.3 oz cups)- 1 cup Unsweetened Silk Vanilla Almond milk (or other kind of milk)- 4 cups baby spinach (or more, or less)
Directions
Throw all the ingredients in a blender or food processor, mix until smooth, and enjoy!

Serving Size: Makes 1 smoothie.
