Stephs Chicken StirFry

Ingredients
1 pkg Sun-Bird Stir Fry Seasonings 1 lrg head Cauliflower, Cut into bite size pieces2 spearks Broccoli, Cut into bite size pieces16 half spears of Asparagus, sliced3/4 C. Waterchestnuts slices 1 C. Carrots, shredded1-1/2 Lb. Chicken Breast1/3 C. Olive Oil 1/4 C. Soy Sauce 2 tsp. Granulated Sugar2 Tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil1/3 C. Water
Directions
Slice chicken into bite size pieces. Cook in wok with 2 T. Olive oil until meat is cooked through. Set aside. In seperate bowl, mix seasonings, 2 T. Soysauce, sugar, vegetable oil and water, mix well. Set aside. Add 2 T. oil to wok. Add Carrots, cover and cook for 3-5 minutes. Add remaining vegetables. Stir fry until tender-crisp (about 5-8 minutes) Add Chicken. Stir until chicken is heated. Add sauce. Stir fry for 1 minute or until sauce thickens.

Can be served over rice if desired.

** If you use a normal sized serving spoon, with each serving consisting of six spoonfulls, it will make 11 servings. **
