WLC/Paleo Bison Chilli

Ingredients
Directions
1- package ( approx 10 0z) Great Range Ground Bison or any package of bison meat1 cup chopped green peppers (I use Cubanelle Peppers)1 cup sweet onion chopped (or red onion)1 cup diced grape tomatoes (or any tomato of your preference)1.5 Tbsp Coconut oil1 Cup of Pomi Strained tomatosSaute Pan with Cover (3.5 quart)
Heat oil in Saute Pan
Add chopped veggies until browned
Add ground bison- breaking up the meat and evenly distributing around pan
Mix all ingredients including the spices and bring to a boil
Add Strained tomatos and mix
Bring to boil and reduce heat to a simmer and add a pinch of salt
let that cook slowly for about an hour
