Granny's Ham Loaf

Ingredients
Loaf:1 1/4 lb. cured ground ham3/4 lb. fresh ground pork2 eggs, slightly beaten3/4 cup crushed saltine crackers1/2 C. milk1/8 tsp. pepperGlaze:3/4 C. light brown sugar1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard1/4 C. water1/4 C. white vinegar
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Mix ham, pork, eggs, crackers milk & pepper together well. Form into a loaf & place in baking dish. Bake for 1 hour. Combine brown sugar, mustard, water & vinegar in saucepan. Boil for 10 minutes. Glaze ham loaf 30 minutes before removing from oven.
