1 Ready to Serve Multi-Grain Medley1 Box Zatarain's Brown Rice Jambalaya4 Cups of Water2 Cubes Low Sodium Chicken Broth7 oz Eckrich Smoked Sausage12 oz crawfish tail meat1 15 oz can Baby Corn Nuggets (baby corn cobs)1 14.5 oz can Hunt's Dice Tomatoes - Spicy RP1 14.5 oz can Margaret Holmes Tomatoes, Okra, and Corn1 Tbsp dried parsley flakes1 Tbsp cayenne pepper1 tsp black pepper
Directions
Put all ingredients in Crock Pot - Leave fish frozen & Slice Sausage - drain corn nuggest, leave liquid on for other canned ingredients - cook on high for 6 hours - stir once after frozen crawfish has thawed
